Shipping Terms
Delivery Charges
- Free delivery on all orders over €50 to any destination on the island of Ireland.
- A standard shipping charge of €5.95 will apply to all orders less than €50.
- Please contact us at hello@collagenboost.ie if you would like to organise delivery for an address outside of Ireland.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days of receipt of your order, provided all items are in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are generally delivered the next day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days for delivery after receiving your dispatch notification.
Out of Stock Items
In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage by contacting us at hello@collagenboost.ie.
UK Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to the UK mainland at present. due to the uncertainty surrounding Brexit. We hope to resume this service in the near future.

International Delivery
