Placing Orders Online

Buying Goods

Orders can be made online at times that are convenient to you. However please note that orders will only be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Fipadeli reserves the right to refuse to sell or supply goods to any person or company for any reason.

You make an offer to purchase product(s) from Fipadeli (your “Order”) by completing the ordering process on the Website. Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods and does not form a binding contract until accepted by Fipadeli. On receipt of your Order, we will send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

When payment for goods and delivery charges if any, have been processed we will send a confirmation order dispatch email and the sending of that email makes the contract between Fipadeli and yourself. If a product is not available, we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. You will not be charged for a product that is not available. An order is accepted by Fipadeli only when payment in full to include delivery charges has been processed and received and the Goods have been dispatched.

Promotions and Discounts

Online offers and promotions are generally not available in our stores unless otherwise indicated. Store offers and promotions are not generally available online unless otherwise indicated. Discounted products cannot be further discounted by using a discount promotion or code or otherwise.

Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges if applicable are not included. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by Fipadeli. Fipadeli reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.

Credit Card Security

You are responsible for ensuring that your login, password and all other details in relation to your account are correct and remain confidential at all times.

Shipping Information

If your order value is €50 or more, then postage is free to any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (subject to a max weight of 8kg). Order values for less than €50 will incur a fee of €5.95. We use a courier company for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.

We will dispatch your order within 1-3 working days of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered next-day after dispatch, though please allow up to two days after you receive your email dispatch notification.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage at

Cancelling Orders & Returns

We hope you are happy with your order, but for any reason if you are not, do not worry, we are here to help. You can return an item within 30 days of the item being delivered to your address.

  • If you wish to return a product, please contact us after receiving your order at stating your order number, the item(s) you would like to return and the reason for return.
  • Please return items in their original condition, unopened and in their original packaging.
  • If possible, please reuse the original box and original packaging the item came in.
  • We cannot refund items that have been opened unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied where your statutory rights are unaffected.

Lost or damaged Parcels:

  • If you are concerned that your parcel maybe lost or if it is damaged, please contact us at
  • Products that have arrived damaged can be refunded or replaced within 30 days of the dispatch date.

Faulty Product:

  • If you have received a faulty product, please contact us with the batch number and/or best before date (where applicable) so we can investigate further, to ensure you receive the best quality products and replaced it.
  • We may ask for the product to be returned to us. Suppliers may use it to improve the quality of the product.

Change of mind:

  • For any other reason you may cancel your order by notifying us in writing at any time up to 14 days after your items have been delivered.
  • Please include your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Perishable goods, food and gift sets containing perishable items may not be refundable.

How to return a product:

  • If you wish to return a product, the product must be in good condition, securely wrapped and unopened for us to accept returns.
  • We recommend the use of a recorded delivery service for returns.

  • Refunds will be processed once goods have been returned or agreed upon resolution for faulty damaged goods.
  • Postage costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason.

How long will my refund take?


  • Once we received your return item(s), we will process your refund.
  • Please allow 5 working days for your refund.
  • We will issue a refund to the payment method used to pay for the order.


Fipadeli Ltd will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control including but not limited to strikes, lockouts, failure of third parties systems or networks acts of God, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster civil unrest, acts of terrorism deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or damage to or destruction of premises.

Fipadeli Ltd warrants that the goods supplied are of satisfactory quality reasonably fit for all the purposes for which these goods are normally supplied.

Fipadeli Ltd does not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise as a result of the use or the purchase of goods from this website or from reliance on information contained on this website or in respect of any error or omission, except in relation to death or personal injury caused by our negligence. This does not include or limit in any way our liability for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.
